Service Terms
Telecommunications Services
We provide unified communications solutions including VoIP phone systems, video conferencing, team messaging, and related services. These may be delivered through our technology partners. POTS line replacement services help transition your legacy copper lines to modern alternatives such as cellular, VoIP, or fiber-based solutions.
Internet Services
Our business internet services include carrier consulting, where we help you select and procure internet connectivity from our network of providers. We also offer FAILOVER5, our backup internet solution that uses cellular networks to maintain connectivity during primary service outages.
Consulting Services
We provide technology consulting including telecom expense management, infrastructure assessments, vendor negotiations, and implementation support. Consulting engagements are scoped individually and may be subject to separate statements of work.
Managed Infrastructure & Implementation Services
Certain services provided by Twisted VoIP may include managed infrastructure deployments, operational workflow implementation, hosted platforms, automation services, data indexing, and ongoing operational support. These services may require deployment planning, implementation coordination, onboarding, integration work, and customer participation during rollout.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, only explicitly scoped work is included in any deployment or implementation engagement. Additional requests, integrations, workflow modifications, or operational changes may require separate approval, pricing, or statements of work.
Third-Party Services
Many of our solutions involve services provided by third-party carriers, vendors, or technology partners. While we facilitate these relationships and provide ongoing support, the underlying services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers. We will clearly identify when third-party terms apply.
Supplemental Service Terms
Certain services offered by Twisted VoIP, including managed infrastructure, hosted platforms, operational workflow services, or Private AI Infrastructure services, may be subject to supplemental service-specific terms, deployment agreements, acceptable use policies, or statements of work. Where applicable, those supplemental terms are incorporated into the governing service relationship.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and billing information, safeguarding account credentials, and ensuring authorized use of services. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
Payment Terms
Services are billed according to the terms specified in the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or recurring service plan. Certain managed infrastructure, implementation, deployment, or onboarding services may require upfront payment, milestone billing, or recurring service commitments.
Recurring services are typically billed monthly or annually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension, delayed deployment scheduling, or applicable late fees.
Service Levels
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and provide timely support. Specific service level commitments, where applicable, are defined in individual service agreements. For services delivered through third-party carriers or providers, service levels are governed by those providers' terms and commitments.
- We strive to respond to support requests within one business day
- Critical issues affecting service availability are prioritized
- Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance when possible
Implementation timelines, onboarding schedules, and deployment milestones may vary depending on customer responsiveness, third-party dependencies, infrastructure availability, and project scope.
Disclaimer and Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a consultant and broker for many services, we facilitate relationships with carriers and vendors but do not control their networks or operations. We are not liable for service interruptions, outages, or issues caused by third-party providers, carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, or network events.
Services involving automation, operational workflows, document indexing, data retrieval, artificial intelligence, or generated outputs may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unintended results. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving operational decisions, workflows, reports, summaries, automations, and generated outputs prior to use. Twisted VoIP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or business suitability of generated or automated outputs.
For compliance-sensitive applications such as fire alarms, security systems, or elevator phones, you are responsible for ensuring solutions meet applicable regulatory requirements. We provide guidance and recommend compliant solutions, but final compliance responsibility rests with you and your qualified professionals.
Data & Operational Access
Customers retain ownership of their data and operational content. Certain managed services may require Twisted VoIP personnel to access systems, environments, indexed content, logs, backups, or operational configurations for deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, support, monitoring, or security purposes.
Twisted VoIP uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain operational security and customer data isolation where applicable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
