Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Twisted VoIP services, hosted environments, managed infrastructure, Private AI Infrastructure services, operational platforms, and related technology services.
Customers agree to use services responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not negatively impact platform stability, operational security, customer environments, or third-party systems.
Prohibited Activities
Twisted VoIP services may not be used for:
- Illegal activity
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Credential harvesting
- Malware distribution
- Phishing
- Spam or abusive automated messaging
- Denial-of-service activity
- Unlawful surveillance
- Intellectual property infringement
- Harassment or abusive conduct
- Unauthorized data collection
- Fraudulent activity
- Hosting malicious code
Operational Security
Customers are responsible for:
- Securing their credentials
- Managing authorized users
- Maintaining lawful operational access
- Protecting connected systems and endpoints
Customers must promptly notify Twisted VoIP of suspected unauthorized access, abuse, or security incidents involving Twisted VoIP-hosted services.
Uploaded & Indexed Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded, synchronized, indexed, processed, or retrieved content:
- Is lawfully owned or authorized
- Does not violate applicable law
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Is appropriate for operational use
Twisted VoIP does not assume responsibility for customer-provided operational content or uploaded materials.
Private AI Infrastructure Usage
Private AI Infrastructure services may not be used for:
- Unlawful automated activity
- Unauthorized surveillance
- Harmful content generation
- Abusive automated interactions
- Credential extraction
- Unauthorized data mining
- Malicious automation workflows
Customers remain responsible for validating operational outputs and ensuring lawful usage of AI-assisted workflows.
Enforcement
Twisted VoIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services that:
- Create operational risk
- Threaten platform stability
- Violate this policy
- Create security concerns
- Violate applicable law
Where commercially reasonable, Twisted VoIP will attempt to notify customers prior to service suspension.
Policy Updates
Twisted VoIP may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address operational, legal, security, or infrastructure-related changes.
