Business cellular internet

Business Cellular Internet

5G and LTE internet for your business on Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. Use it as your main connection where cable or fiber is not available or a site has to be online quickly, or as a backup that takes over when your main line goes down.

Main connection or backup

Every plan works either way. Pick the data size for how you will use it.

As your main internet

  • Buildings where wired service is slow, expensive or months away.
  • New locations that need to open before the cable or fiber install.
  • Construction sites, pop-up stores, kiosks and other temporary sites.
  • Small sites that mostly run card terminals, phones and cloud software.

As backup internet

  • Phones, card terminals and cloud apps keep working when the main line drops.
  • It doesn't share the street with your wired line, so a cut cable does not take out both.
  • Your router switches over on its own and switches back when the main line returns.
  • Smaller data plans keep the cost down when it only runs during outages.

Plans and prices

Monthly prices per line. Each plan has its broadband facts label, and a static IP is available where shown. See the routers we use.

Order online

How it works

  1. Pick a plan and carrier. Choose the data size and Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. Not sure which carrier is strongest at your address? Ask and we will check.
  2. Order online or ask for a quote. Order and pay online, or send us the details and we will put together a quote that includes a router.
  3. We activate the line. We verify the business and activate the service. Activation can take up to 24 hours.
  4. Plug in the router. Routers are configured before they ship. Plug it in, and as a backup it takes over on its own when your main line drops.

Good to know

  • No long-term contract. Cancel any time and service runs to the end of the billing cycle.
  • A one-time deployment fee applies per line, and it is not refundable.
  • Support is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Arizona time.
  • How data allowances work: see data usage and our network management policy.

Want a wired line instead, or both? We compare fiber, cable and fixed wireless at your address, and we can manage the network behind it.

Common questions

Is cellular fast enough to be our main internet?

For many small sites, yes. Speed depends on the signal at your building, so we check which carrier is strongest there first. Sites with heavy video or large uploads are usually better on fiber or cable, with cellular as the backup.

Which carrier should we pick?

The one with the best signal where the router will sit. Tell us the address and we will tell you which carrier we would pick there.

How does the backup switch over?

Your router watches the main line. When it drops, traffic moves to cellular on its own, and it moves back when the main line returns. Nobody has to do anything.

Can we keep our current internet provider?

Yes. As a backup, Business Cellular Internet sits next to your current line and only carries traffic when it is down.

Do you offer a static IP?

Yes, on the plans that show a static IP option. It helps when you run a camera system, a VPN or anything that needs a fixed address.
