About Twisted VoIP
We're a Chandler, Arizona company that sets up and supports business phones, internet, backup internet and IT.
Our story
Twisted VoIP started in 2021 to help businesses get off old phone systems and onto internet they could rely on.
Since then we've added Business Cellular Internet, our own cellular service for a main connection or a backup, and IT support for the computers and networks behind the phones. Today we also help businesses replace the copper lines their alarm panels, elevator phones and fax machines still use.
We work with dozens of carriers and platforms instead of selling one, so we can recommend what actually fits your location and budget.
How we work
- We tell you what you don't need. If your current setup is fine, we'll say so. If a line or service isn't doing anything, we'll tell you to cancel it.
- You talk to people who know your account. When something breaks, you call us, not a carrier's support line, and we take it from there.
- We deal with the carriers. Orders, install dates, contracts, billing mistakes and outages. That back-and-forth is our job.
