Secure remote access for people who work from home or travel, with two-step sign-in, plus site-to-site connections between offices. You can add and remove remote users yourself in the customer portal.
Routers and Cellular Failover
Peplink and InHand routers managed remotely, including automatic failover to Business Cellular Internet when your main connection drops, so card machines and phones keep working.
Wi-Fi and Switches
Business-grade access points and switches set up before they arrive, then managed and monitored with the rest of the network. Separate networks for staff, guests and devices.
24/7 Network Monitoring
We watch your internet connections, firewalls and key devices day and night. When something drops, a ticket opens and we start on it, often before you notice. You can see the status in the customer portal.
Security Monitoring
Alerts on suspicious activity and failed sign-in attempts are reviewed by us, so problems get looked at instead of sitting in a log nobody reads.
How it works
- Tell us what you have. Internet connections, the equipment you use today, how many offices, and who needs remote access.
- We plan and configure. We design the network and set up the firewall, router, Wi-Fi and VPN before anything ships.
- You plug it in. The equipment arrives ready to go. Plug it in and we finish the setup remotely. If you need cabling or mounting, we can arrange a local technician.
- We run it from there. Updates, changes, monitoring and support, from the same team that handles your phones and internet.

Common questions
Do you come on site to install it?
Usually there is no need. We configure the firewall, router, Wi-Fi and switches before they ship, so they arrive ready to plug in, and we finish the setup remotely. If you need cabling, mounting or hands on site, we can send a vetted local technician.
Can you manage the equipment we already have?
Often, yes, if it is business-grade and can be managed remotely. We look at it first and tell you what can stay and what should be replaced.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Our monitoring sees it and opens a ticket right away. With Business Cellular Internet as a backup, your router switches over on its own so card machines and phones keep working.
How do staff connect from home?
Through a secure VPN with two-step sign-in. You can add and remove remote users yourself in the customer portal.
How is it priced?
A monthly price per site based on the equipment and services you need, plus the equipment itself. Tell us about your offices and we will send a quote.
