We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website:

• Website analytics: our own privately hosted analytics system records page views, referring sites, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. It does not use cookies, and this data stays on our systems and is never shared with or sold to anyone.

Text Messaging (10DLC Compliance)

When using our text messaging services, we comply with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations:

• Registration of business information with wireless carriers
• Verification of sending practices and message content
• Opt-out management and consent tracking

We collect your mobile number when you text us, ask us to text you, or provide it for account and support updates. We use it only to respond to you and to send the service, support, and account messages you asked for.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See the Text Messaging Terms in our Terms of Service for details.

Email Alerts

On our copper line retirement pages you can ask us to email you when a new FCC filing names an area. When you sign up, we collect:

• Your email address and, if you give it, your first name
• The areas you asked us to watch and the date you signed up for each
• The date and IP address of your confirmation, as a record of your consent

The sign-up form also has a box, unticked unless you tick it, to get occasional updates from Twisted VoIP. If you tick it, you are on that list too, and you can leave it separately.

Nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link in our confirmation email. After that, we only email you about filings for the areas you picked, plus updates if you asked for them. If you signed up on or after October 21, 2026, someone from our team may also email you once when a filing names your area, to see if you need help. We keep this list on our own servers and deliver the emails through Twilio SendGrid. We do not sell the list or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Every alert has a link to stop alerts or change your areas. You can also email updates@twistedvoip.com to unsubscribe or to have your information deleted.
