How it works
Our support agent on each computer lets us fix problems remotely, and staff can ask for help from the icon on their screen. Monitoring catches low disk space, failed backups, missed updates and computers that stop checking in, and opens a ticket for us before it stops a line.
Every request is a ticket you can follow in the customer portal, along with a list of every device, its warranty and its licenses. Support is remote; we work with your team when something needs hands on.
Questions
Some of our floor computers run old Windows. Can you support them?
Usually yes. Older machines that cannot be updated get kept off the internet and on their own part of the network, and we document why. We will tell you which ones are a real risk.
Do you support our ERP?
We look after the server, computers, network and backups it runs on, and work with the software company when the problem is inside the software.
