Billing Discounts
Twisted VoIP does not offer billing discounts for broadband service.
- No autopay discounts
- No prepayment discounts
- No promotional or loyalty discounts
All customers are billed at the standard published rate for their selected service plan.
Bundled Service Pricing
Our broadband service is not bundled with other services.
- Broadband pricing is standalone
- There are no bundle-based discounts or combined service pricing
- Pricing for broadband service is not affected by the purchase of any other products or services
Use of Your Own Equipment
Customers may use their own compatible LTE or 5G equipment with our broadband service.
- Pricing is the same whether you use your own equipment or buy hardware from Twisted VoIP
- There is no equipment rental fee
- Hardware compatibility requirements apply
- Twisted VoIP does not configure or support customer-provided equipment unless separately contracted
