Copper phone line retirement in Wisconsin

AT&T and Frontier have asked the FCC for permission to stop offering copper phone service in parts of Wisconsin. 223 exchanges are named in, or covered by, those filings. Another 1 is served by Lumen (CenturyLink): Lumen (CenturyLink) says it is no longer proactively selling its business voice services and is moving toward their end of sale, with no decommissioning date yet.
