Private AI Service Terms
What you own, what we can access, how outputs should be used, and what happens to your data when service ends.
These terms apply to Private AI Infrastructure services from Twisted VoIP LLC. They supplement the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which continue to apply. If these terms conflict with either document on a matter specific to Private AI services, these terms control.
1. What the service is
A Private AI environment is a dedicated, isolated environment that Twisted VoIP builds, hosts, and operates for your organization in U.S.-based data centers. It may include an internal AI assistant, indexed document retrieval, workflow automations, AI agents, and private APIs, depending on the platform tier and deployment scope you select.
The monthly platform fee covers hosting, monitoring, maintenance, secure access, backups, and support for the environment. Deployment, integrations, custom workflows, and other implementation work are scoped separately (see Section 6).
2. Your data
You own the documents, records, and other content you provide or connect to the service, and you own the data the service produces from it, including indexes, summaries, and generated outputs.
You grant Twisted VoIP the right to store, index, process, and back up that content solely to deliver, secure, and support the service. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to train models that serve anyone other than you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide the content you upload or connect, and for not connecting content you are not authorized to use.
3. AI outputs and human review
AI-generated answers, summaries, classifications, and automated actions can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. The service is built to assist your team, not to replace its judgment. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for testing any automation before it runs in production.
Twisted VoIP does not warrant that generated or automated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice through the service. The service is not designed to make decisions in those areas, or in safety-critical operations, without a person reviewing and approving the result.
4. Access by Twisted VoIP
Our engineers may access your environment, its indexed data, logs, backups, and configuration when needed to deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, monitor, secure, or support it. Access is limited to what the task requires. We maintain isolation between customer environments and use commercially reasonable security practices to protect them.
5. Acceptable use
Use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, including its section on Private AI Infrastructure. In short: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other customers' environments, and no content you don't have the right to use.
6. Scope and changes
Every deployment starts with a consultation and a written scope. Only the work described in that scope is included. Additional integrations, workflow changes, new automations, reporting requests, or expansions to new departments are quoted and approved separately, usually as a statement of work.
Timelines depend on your team's responsiveness, the quality and structure of the source content, and the systems being integrated. We'll tell you up front when something outside our control affects a schedule.
7. Availability and maintenance
The service is delivered as managed infrastructure under the service levels described in the Terms of Service. We schedule maintenance to minimize disruption and notify you in advance of planned work that affects availability. Third-party systems you connect to the service are outside our control.
8. Termination and return of data
The platform fee is billed monthly under the Terms of Service. Either party may end the service as described there.
For 30 days after termination, you may request an export of your indexed content and the data your environment produced, and we will provide it in a standard format. After that window, we delete the environment, its indexes, and its configuration, and backups are removed on their normal rotation within a further 30 days.
Your original documents and source systems are never the only copy inside the service; you are responsible for keeping them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are communicated to active customers before they take effect, and the date below reflects the current version.
