Assembling the Phone #

Control Center #

1	Time and date	Display the phone’s time and date.
2	Video	• Tap to access the Camera when the phone is idle. • Tap to stop transmitting video during a video call.
2	DND	Tap to turn on/off DND quickly.
2	Forward	Tap to enter Call Forward setting screen.
2	Auto Answer	Tap to enter the Auto Answer setting screen.
2	Silent	Tap to turn on/off Silent quickly.
2	Wi-Fi	• Tap to turn on/off Wi-Fi quickly. • Long tap to enter the Wi-Fi setting screen.
2	Bluetooth	• Tap to turn on/off Bluetooth quickly. • Long tap to enter the Bluetooth setting screen.

2	USB	Tap to access the File Manager to manage the files in the USB flash drive.

(not available to T58W) • Tap the desired notification message to view the details. • Swipe left or right to delete a specific notification. • Tap to  to delete all notifications.
4	Android Keys	: go back to the previous screen. : return to the idle screen. : view and manage the list of recently used applications.

You can swipe up from the bottom of the screen to hide this screen.

Call Screen Icons #

All of your active and held calls are displayed on the calls screen. You can press the up or down navigation key to switch between calls.

For T48S/T46S/T42S/T41S/T40P/T40G, the calls screen can display the local name or number. Check with your system administrator to see if this feature is available on the phone. When there is an active call and a held call, the calls screen is shown below:

You can press OK key during a call to view the current time & date, and phone status. The phone screen is shown below:

Idle Screen Icons #

No.	Name	Description
1	Status Bar	Displays the phone’s default account, icons and time.
2	Default account	The label of the default account is displayed on the left of the status bar. If there is no account registered on the IP phones, this field will display No Service.
3	Icons	Icons are displayed on the right of the status bar.
4	Phone Dialer	Tap to enter the dialing screen.
5	Directory	Tap to enter the Directory screen and view contacts.
6	History	Tap to enter the History screen and view call history.
7	Screen Indicator	Indicates which idle screen is displayed.
8	Wallpaper	Shows the specified wallpaper, which can be customized.
9	Digital Clock Widget	Displays the phone’s time and date.
10	Dsskey List	The line key list is displayed on the right of the home screen.

Second Idle Screen

The second idle screen displays the phone’s system applications by default.

The icons in the status bar help you easily get the current phone status, such as call and message status.

LED Indicator #

Power LED Indicator

The power LED indicator indicates the call, message and phone’s system status.

LED Status	Description
Solid red	The phone is initializing.
Flash red fast (0.3 s)	The phone is ringing.
Flash red slowly (1 s)	The phone receives a voicemail or text message.
Solid red for 0.5 s and off for 3 s alternately	The phone enters the power-saving mode. NOTE: It is only available on the T33P/T33G/T34W/T48S/T48G/T46S/T46G/T48U/T46U/T57W/T54W/T53C phones.

Line Key LED

Line key LED (associated with the phone line)

LED Status	Description
Solid green	The line is seized. The line is in conversation.
Flash green fast	The line receives an incoming call.
Flash green slowly	The call is placed on hold.
Off	The line is inactive.

Line key LED (configured as a page switch key)

LED Status	Description
Solid red	There is a call parked on the line, and the line key is not on the current page.
Flash green fast	The line receives an incoming call, and the line key is not on the current page.
Flash red fast	The monitored user whose line key is not on the current page receives an incoming call.
Off	The line keys are idle.
