Do I need drivers for the camera?

No, no drivers are required.

How do I Pan, Tilt, and Zoom (PTZ) while on a video call?

The ability to take advantage of the PTZ feature is controlled either by the Konftel Camera Control application or, if available, through your application’s webcam settings or property page. You can download the Camera App here: Windows | Mac

To control PTZ through application webcam settings or property page:

Access to the webcam properties is usually available from your selected video client

Select webcam properties and review the options available.

  • Use the buttons and/or slider to increase zoom.
  • Use the buttons and/or slider provided to pan left or right or to tilt up or down.

What does the blue light on the camera indicate?

A solid blue light indicates the camera is active (video or microphone). A flashing blue light means that the camera is starting.

How do I update my camera?

Where can I find which software version my camera has?

You need to download the upgrade tool to find the software version. Run the Konftel Cam Upgrade Utility to find the version you have.
