The email quarantine message summarizes the emails that the Trend Micro Email Security server identified as suspicious based on your organization’s security policies. Below is an example of the email you will receive and a breakdown of how to handle the quarantined messages. If you take no action (deliver, block, etc..), the quarantined email will be automatically removed from the Trend Micro Email Security server within 30 days. Do not forward the quarantine digest – this will allow the recipient of the digest to approve, block, or deliver the quarantined messages.

Deliver & Approve Sender: Delivers this message and adds the message’s sender to the Approved Sender list.
