Disconnecting your Twisted VoIP Account from Third Party Websites

You will be able to connect your Twisted VoIP account to third-party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR TWISTED VOIP ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (BY YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD-PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third-party account at any time. Users may learn to disconnect their accounts from third-party websites by visiting their “My Account” page. Users may also contact us via email or telephone.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Twisted VoIP may contact you via email to provide announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other general communication. To improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Twisted VoIP or click on a link therein.

Terms and Conditions of Affiliate/Referral Program for Twisted VoIP LLC

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) outline the rules and guidelines for participation in the affiliate/referral program (“Program”) offered by Twisted VoIP LLC (“Company”). By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate/Referrer”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Program Eligibility:
(a) The Program is open to individuals at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the country where the Program is being offered.
(b) Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2. Program Registration:
(a) To become an Affiliate/Referrer, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information as required by the Company.
(b) You must have a valid email address to participate in the Program.

3. Referral Process:
(a) As an Affiliate/Referrer, you will receive a unique referral link or code (“Referral Link”) to share with others.
(b) When someone clicks on your Referral Link and completes a qualifying action, such as purchasing a telecom service, you and the referred individual may be eligible for rewards.

4. Qualifying Actions and Rewards:
(a) The Company will clearly define qualifying actions and associated rewards in the Program Guidelines or promotional materials.
(b) The Company reserves the right to modify the qualifying actions and rewards without prior notice.

5. Referral Reward Eligibility:
(a)To be eligible for referral rewards, the referred individual must be a new customer who has yet to use the Company’s services previously.
(b) The referred individual must fulfill all requirements specified by the Company to qualify for the rewards.

6. Reward Fulfillment:
(a) The terms specified by the Company will fulfill rewards.
(b) The Company may use various methods to provide rewards, such as account credits, gift cards, or other forms of compensation.
(c) The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue rewards without prior notice.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
(a) Affiliate/Referrer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when participating in the Program.
(b) Affiliate/Referrer shall not use deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to promote the Program or the Company’s services.

8. Termination:
(a) The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate/Referrer’s participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
(b) Upon termination, any pending rewards may be forfeited.

9. Modification of Agreement:
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website or notifying Affiliate/Referrer through provided contact information.

10. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Arizona, United States courts.

12. Qualified Referrals: Only qualified referral leads will be eligible for the Twisted VoIP LLC referral program. A qualified referral lead refers to a new contact in a decision-making role at an organization that is not an existing Twisted VoIP LLC Customer or a current Twisted VoIP LLC prospect. The referred organization must express interest in using specific Twisted VoIP LLC products mentioned below. Please note that your own organization does not qualify as a referral lead. In case of any conflicts regarding a referral lead, Twisted VoIP LLC retains the sole and absolute discretion to determine its validity under the Referral Program.

13. Referral Program Rewards: Our standard referral program offers the following rewards:
– $10 per extension for Twisted VoIP LLC Standard Hosted Phone System Service Plans*
– $7 per SIP Trunk for Twisted VoIP LLC SIP Trunking (Unmetered)*
– $5 per vFAX account*
– 10% of hardware purchases over $180.00

*Reward distributions are recurring over the life of the customer account as long as Affiliate/Referrer is in good standing within the program.

14. Conditions for Referral Program Payment: To qualify for a referral program payment, the following conditions must be met:
(a) The referred organization must sign up for a Twisted VoIP LLC account and become a paid Twisted VoIP LLC customer for a minimum of sixty (60) days.
(b) If the referred organization pays on a month-to-month basis, they must make at least three (3) full, consecutive monthly payments.
(c) as the referrer, you must complete a W-9 tax form and Twisted VoIP LLC’s payout information form. Upon your request, both forms will be emailed to you using our secure electronic signature service.
(d) Twisted VoIP LLC must receive your completed W-9 and payout information forms within thirty (30) days of the initial account sign-up. Failure to submit these forms within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the referral program payment.

The referral commission will be issued after Twisted VoIP LLC receives the third consecutive full monthly payment from the qualified referral for month-to-month accounts. For referrals who choose to pay annually, the referral commission will be issued no sooner than sixty-one (61) days after their annual fee payment.

15. Additional Service and Account Changes: The referral commission will only apply to services included in the initial account sign-up. Any additional services added to the account at a later date will not be eligible for a referral commission. If any services are removed from the account during the initial sixty (60) days, the referral commission will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the account’s current status. If the referred organization terminates its account within the first sixty (60) days after sign-up, you will not be entitled to any referral program payment.

16. Information Updates and Payment Responsibility: You must promptly update Twisted VoIP LLC with any changes to your address, contact information, or payout information. Twisted VoIP LLC will not be held liable for lost or misdirected payments. Failure to accept or negotiate a payment or provide corrected payout information within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the initial payment date will result in the forfeiture of the referral commission.

17. Referral Consent and Information Disclosure: By submitting a qualified referral lead, you represent and warrant that you have obtained express written consent from the referral contact to disclose their name and business contact information to Twisted VoIP LLC. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Twisted VoIP LLC may inform your qualified referral lead that their contact information was received from you.

18. Program Limitations: Twisted VoIP LLC shall not be responsible for:
(a) Lost, delayed, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete qualified referral leads.
(b) Inability to submit qualified referral leads through Twisted VoIP LLC’s website.
(c) Referral information that was not captured correctly.
(d) Issues arising from hardware, software, telephone, internet, virus contamination, network issues, human error, electronic malfunctions, or any other technical problem.

Twisted VoIP LLC does not accept referral leads generated by scripts, macros, or other automated sources. Mechanically reproduced referrals are also ineligible. All referral leads will become the sole and exclusive property of Twisted VoIP LLC and will not be returned to you. You may not assign your rights and/or obligations, including the right to receive a payment from Twisted VoIP LLC to any other person or entity without written approval from Twisted VoIP LLC.

19. Program Amendments: Twisted VoIP LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, amend, or discontinue any terms, conditions, rewards, or eligibility criteria described in the referral program without prior notice. This includes the criteria, eligibility, amount, timing, and/or frequency of payments. Twisted VoIP LLC also reserves the right to decline a referral lead for Twisted VoIP LLC products at its sole and absolute discretion.
